Latka Graves is a foreign immigrant who worked at the Sunshine Cab Company. Unlike the other employees, Latka wasn't a cab driver and instead worked as a mechanic. His mother Greta one time visited him. When he once faced deportation, he briefly married a prostitute. On another occasion, he develops a mental disorder that In the show's fourth season, he married Simka Dahblitz, who was also an immigrant from his native country; their relationship also helped him overcome his multiple personality disorder. Latka and Simka appear to be followers of the Eastern Orthodox Church.
